Jess For The Culture LLC is a New Jersey-based apparel brand specializing in premium made-to-order apparel inspired by culture, heritage, sports, and community.
Throughout these Terms, "Customer," "you," and "your" refer to anyone accessing or purchasing from our website.
ELIGIBILITY
By using this website, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• All information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Most Jess For The Culture products are produced through limited made-to-order preorder releases.
Unlike traditional retailers, we do not mass produce or warehouse large quantities of inventory. Each production round is manufactured specifically for customer orders.
Because of this production model:
• Production timelines vary.
• Inventory is limited.
• Products may not be reproduced after a collection closes.
Purchasing a made-to-order item means you understand and accept these production timelines.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
• Lighting and photography
• Screen and monitor settings
• Manufacturing processes
• Hand-finished details
• Material availability
Minor variations in color, embroidery, print placement, stitching, rhinestones, distressing, or other handcrafted elements are not considered defects.
SIZING
Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizing information before placing an order.
Sizing charts are available on product pages, and customers are encouraged to contact us before purchasing if they need additional sizing guidance.
Fit preference is subjective. Customers are responsible for selecting the size that best suits their desired fit.
PRICING
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Jess For The Culture reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
If a pricing error occurs due to technical issues or human error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and issue a full refund.
PAYMENTS
Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or abuse of our policies.
SHIPPING & PREORDERS
Production and shipping timelines are estimates only.
Customers may receive production and shipment updates via email throughout the preorder process.
Jess For The Culture is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Manufacturers
• Customs
• Shipping carriers
• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Labor strikes
• Other circumstances outside of our control
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not collected during checkout unless otherwise stated.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All return and exchange requests are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to our Return & Exchange Policy and our Preorder & Shipping Policy.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom commissions may require separate agreements, invoices, deposits, production schedules, and approval processes.
Terms for custom projects may differ from those governing standard website purchases.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including but not limited to:
• Jacket designs
• Original artwork
• Mockups
• Graphics
• Logos
• Product names
• Product photography
• Videos
• Written content
• Branding
• Website design
are the exclusive intellectual property of Jess For The Culture LLC unless otherwise noted.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, manufactured, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Unauthorized reproduction of our original designs may result in legal action.
USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
• Violate any applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with website functionality.
• Use our content without permission.
• Submit fraudulent orders.
• Abuse our customer service team.
Jess For The Culture reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these Terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jess For The Culture LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located within New Jersey.
CHARGEBACKS
If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact Jess For The Culture first so we have the opportunity to resolve the matter.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for an order that complies with our published policies may delay future purchases and may require additional documentation to resolve.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Jess For The Culture reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The most current version will always be posted on our website.
Continued use of our website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
