Jess For The Culture primarily operates on a made-to-order preorder model. This means our products are produced in limited production rounds after orders are placed rather than being mass produced or stocked in large quantities.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the made-to-order nature of our products and the policies outlined below.

Production Timeline

Estimated production and shipping timelines may be listed on product pages and are provided as estimates only.

Customers may also receive production, preorder, and shipping updates via email throughout the process. These updates may include revised production schedules, progress, shipment notifications, or updated estimated ship windows.

While we strive to meet every estimated timeline, production schedules may occasionally change due to factors outside of our control.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping carrier transit times are estimates and are outside the control of Jess For The Culture once your package has been dispatched.

Jess For The Culture is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country's customs agency.

These fees are not collected at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer if assessed upon delivery.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.

Jess For The Culture is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because every item is produced specifically for each customer, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once production has begun.
